Reservation and cancelation conditions
The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay which needs to be transfered at the time of reservation by cheque or bank transfer.
The balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the stay at the latest, paid by cheque or bank transfer.
The tenant must transfer to the owner a security deposit of 3000€ on arrival by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
This deposit will be returned 15 days after departure at the latest, with deduction by the owner for the cost of repair in the event of any damage.
If the amount of the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant commits to complete the amount after the departure inventory on presentation of an invoice.
In case of a cancellation by the tenant, the following costs are retained;
- if the cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
- if the cancellation is made in the 6 weeks before the arrival date, the totality of the rental cost will be retained as compensation.
