img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;]<div class=\"dreamvilla-vertical-space4\"><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"max-title max-title1\">\r\n\t\t<h1 style=\"color: #beac83;\" class=\"text-center\"><span class=\"title_with_line after center\"><strong>Reservation and cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\r\n\t<\/div><div class=\"dreamvilla-vertical-space3\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<strong>Reservation conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay which needs to be transfered at the time of reservation by cheque or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>The balance should be paid 6 weeks (during winter) and 4 weeks (during summer) before the start of the stay at the latest, paid by cheque or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tenant must transfer to the owner a security deposit of 3000\u20ac on arrival by cheque, cash or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>This deposit will be returned 15 days after departure at the latest, with deduction by the owner for the cost of repair in the event of any damage.<\/p>\n<p>If the amount of the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant commits to complete the amount after the departure inventory on presentation of an invoice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winter cancellation conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of a cancellation by the tenant, the following costs are retained;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if the cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation.<\/li>\n<li>if the cancellation is made in the 6 weeks before the arrival date, the totality of the rental cost will be retained as compensation.<\/li>\n<li>For any reservation made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full prepayment for the stay will be requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Summer cancellation conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of a cancellation by the tenant, the following costs are retained;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation.<\/li>\n<li>if the cancellation is made in the 4 weeks before the arrival date, the totality of the rental cost will be retained as compensation.<\/li>\n<li>For any reservation made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, full prepayment for the stay will be requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dreamvilla-vertical-space3\"><\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;1387&#8243;
